Kelayakan / Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with valid APC
- Post Basic qualification in relevant specialty (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial, supervisory, or leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Knowledge of patient safety, quality improvement, and nursing operation
