Job Requirements / Keperluan Jawatan

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Procurement or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years working experience in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Tender Management or Contract Administration
• Experience in preparing BQ, tender documents and cost estimation is mandatory
• Experience in healthcare / hospital projects will be an added advantage
• Knowledge in construction materials, renovation works, M&E services and contract management
• Familiar with tender procedures, procurement processes and vendor evaluation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and cost estimation software
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills and able to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
